Hi All,
One user is having this issue where when printing within NAV it uses the windows print system(and selects the default windows printer). How do I switch it back to use the NAV printing system that we have configured?

Forcing windows to use the old print dialog by editing the registry fixed the issue. The new one and NAV did not cooperate I guess.

Because this problem occurs only for one user, it does not seem to be a NAV problem.
You can recreate the user, or reinstall the NAV client on the user's computer. The final solution is to configure another computer for him to try.

    Thanks.

I am not sure what do you mean by NAV Printing System, we have printer selections in NAV where you can configure report to the printers.

    Hello,

To switch back to using the NAV printing system instead of the Windows print system, open your NAV client and navigate to Departments > Administration > IT Administration > General > Printer Selections.

Ensure the correct printer is selected for the specific report or user. Check the report settings to confirm it uses the specified printer, and restart NAV services to apply the changes.

If the issue persists, review any custom configurations that might affect printer selection.
