Crystal Print Engine Error 54

I having issue with SL on a windows 7 machine. Where should I post this question?

We have a Windows 7 machine running MS Dynamics Process Manager program. It keeps locking up because of an error that comes up and says

"Cannot start print job. Report: S:\SL70\User_Rpts\40660.RPT

Crystal Print Engine Error 545 - Error in File S:\SL70\User_Rpts\40660.RPT.  Request Cancelled by the user"

    Darren,

    Checked the "No Printer" option in Crystal for the custom reports.

    1.  Open the report in Business Objects Crystal Reports.  

    2.  On the File menu, click Printer Setup .  

    3.  Click to select the No Printer check box.  

    4.  Click OK , click Save , and then close Business Objects Crystal Reports.

    Hope this helps resolve this issue for you.

    Hello Pstoric,

    This issue seems either network printer incorrectly installed or report may have the invalid printer associated with the report.
