Error 40101: ModelManagersRetailServerRequestError in MPOS event viewer

Dear All,
 
When I checked the health check on both retail server and MPOS client machine, there are no error found,  and also MPOS installed and activated successfully.
When I completed the transaction on MPOS the following  error occurred in even viewer of MPOS client. How we can resolve this?

    Is the transaction getting saved, when you look at the show journal?  Are you able to print the receipt from  show journal screen?
    A request to retrieve the image is failing. If it happens when you complete the transaction and print the receipt, it could be that the logo/image on the receipt is not retrievable.

    Yes, I am able to print the receipt from show journal and image is proper printing on receipt.
