Moving from CRM Testing to Development

Hi,

I have been in the CRM testing from past 2 years and not sure of development things. Can anyone guide me how could i learn CRM development in short period of time? And what are the things to to get into CRM development.

    So what had you tested in the past 2 years?

    UI> JavaScript

    Backend Validation/Operation> Plugins

    Long Running Process> Workflow

    Above you can refer to SDK, which is the secret manual for all developers. Alternatively you can read some blogs/go through some forum to find those tricky customization.

    Integration? Data Migration? (case by case, no specific resources, e.g. SQL, Azure, Web Service etc. is all about custom .NET development)

    Start from basics. Customization(entity, fields, views, dashboards, business rules and system workflow creations tec.). Then move to plugin, custom workflow activity and JS development.
