We set up Application Server to send emails for direct deposit advice slips. Everything worked fine for about a month then all of the sudden, the emails stopped sending and the Application Server log has this message:
"Warning: Failed to use Outlook for email functionality, attempting to use unsupported MAPI."
There is also another message in the log that says "No email address specified for SYSADMIN user. Security emails will not be sent." I doubt that this message has anything to do with the problem but am throwing it in anyway.
I do not know what changed but something did and I cannot figure it out. They are using Office 365 for their email.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this issue?
