Sometimes, when you open a form/page it displays information from several tables. To access this form/page, you must have permission to view all the data displayed by the form./page You might not have permission to read directly from all the tables that the form/page uses. In this case, you must have indirect permission to read from the tables in question. Having indirect permission to a table means that you cannot open the table and read from it but can only view the data it contains indirectly through another object, such as a form/page or report, that you have direct permission to access.

Thank you very much, Mohana. I setup the permission today. It required TableData Assembly Line: Modify. I gave permission of Modify for "Indirect". It seems working. What is different of permission for Modify options "Yes" and "Indirect".

    Thanks

    Hi,

I agree with Mohana. there is no any standard permission set for assembly order functionality however you can create new permission for assembly order read permission and can add the table data objects with only read permission.

Please follow below link for how to create permission sets and assign to user in NAV 2013.

    msdn.microsoft.com/.../dd568740(v=nav.70).aspx

For your reference, Major table data objects for assembly order is as below

    900 Assembly Header

    901 Assembly Line

    904 Assemble-to-Order Link

    905 Assembly Setup

    906 Assembly Comment Line

    910 Posted Assembly Header

    911 Posted Assembly Line

    914 Posted Assemble-to-Order Link

You need to look in to Roles and permissions.

Create a new role (or check existing roles) with having read permissions only to Assembly Order objects..
