Document management parameters with sharepoint online

Dear All,

I am trying to setup in the Document management parameters configure SharePoint storage Options where i am trying to test connection and i am getting the below error.

Unable to communicate with the SharePoint server: XXXXX.sharepoint.com
any body is facing such issue and how it can be solved.
Please advise.

    If the SharePoint Online and D365FO and user are all on the same tenant than please raise a support ticket with Microsoft.
