Is there any way to automate the environment copy from a sandbox environment to UDE on PPAC?

I haven't tried it, but take a look at the option in d365bap.tools here: https://github.com/d365collaborative/d365bap.tools/blob/development/docs/Start-UdeDatabaseRefresh.md

The documentation specifies it currently only supports managed -> managed, or unmanaged -> unmanaged.

You can utilize Copy-PowerAppEnvironment command in Powershell. You can finds examples in Power Platform documentation, such as Tutorial: Copy a Lifecycle Services environment to a unified environment or Tutorial: Perform a transaction-less copy between environments.
