Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hello,

I have created a search functionality and added it in webresource as a HTML page. Now I want to add that HTML Page in one of following.

1- Title bar of CRM windows

or

2- In Activies or Records

Is it possible to add any of above? If so, please suggest how to add.

Thank you.

    Hi,

You cannot add any custom page at the location you are expecting.

    Thank you Yadnyesh.

But first, I want to add my HTML page(web resource) in the list shows on "+" click.

Second, I don't want to add in "Sales/Marketing/Service" etc. I want to add on title bar (on the same line where "+" and search are given.

Is it possible to add HTML (Web resouce) on the location? Please suggest.

    Hi,

If you want an entity name to appear when user clicks on + button in top navigation, then, you can achieve this by below steps:

    1. Go to settings > Customization > Customize the system

    2. From left navigation, expand entities tab and click on the entity you want to be appeared in top nav on click of + button.

    3. From the entity page, select Allow quick create checkbox.

    4. Save the changes and publish the customizations.

Also, you cannot add HTML page in the list that appears on click of + button from top navigation. However, you can add HTML page i.e. web resource in any top navigation area like Sales/Marketing/Service etc. Please clarify.
