Configure the warehouse management mobile app

I want to configure the warehouse management mobile app, when a worker login into this app and see only the assigned zone open worklist. not other zones open worklist.

Kindly suggest an exact configuration in Warehouse management Module in D365 F&O.

Thanks for the reply..

I tried the below mentioned one...but I can be able to see other zone open work list records also.

But i need to restrict the user to see only his assigned zone open worklist.

please suggest me a correct solution for this.

Hi Prasad,

Is the work created as well per zone?

In that case I would indeed suggest to use the Edit query for the activity code Display open work list.

You need to add Locations as a join (Work > Work lines > Locations).

Then you can setup the criteria and even preview your filter.

This worked for me.

I tried with your suggestion...but i am able to see the other zone work list records.

Here i am explaining clearly:

below is the screenshot from Warehouse mobile App.

I am a worker assigned to Zone1 in W11 warehouse.

Scenario: When i login into the mobile App i can able to see the Zone1 worklist records of W11 warehouse...not other zones.

- See the below screenshot the marked Transfer order work id related to zone2

and it has been assigned to me...but my assigned zone is Zone1 in W11...

Here i can see the zone2 open worklist...this one i want to restrict in the mobile app.

I hope the above explanation is clear to get the exact solution.

Please suggest an exact solution for this.
