I am exploring using Dynamics GP 10 HR with a potential client. We discussed COBRA and FMLA.
Has anyone used HR in GP and tracked personal leaves or military leaves ? How have you done this ?

I have helped clients use Attendance in HR to track personal leave time. I have not specifically had anybody use Attendance for military leave but you could certainly create an attendance time code for tracking it.
FMLA is another issue. GP can track a single incident. If you need multiple incidents, then you'd need to create time codes in Attendance and record the usage of time against it.
