    Hello Sanjay &  Richard,

Thanks both of you, that issu solved, but there is another those are facing from some of my user , and now also my system.  That is when I try to open  the   Sales>paking slip>Long Form (Customized Report) there is no data displaying in it  and only the Format that we modified is displayed . This is happening with some other users  also.  A Blank report without any data is displaying ..................

I will highly apprecieate if this issue solve.

    Thanks in advance.

Sanjay is corrrect and I would just add that on a 32 bit computer the path will start with C:\Program Files and on a 64 bit computer it will be C:\Program Files (x86). If you have your REPORTS.DIC file loaded locally you will need to look in the correct path. If it is a shared dictionary located out on a server that would not be an issue. Security could also be an issue. Try give full access to the GP program directory or at least be logged in with admin rights.

    Hi Hilal

    1) Check if your path at  dynamics.set file matches the dictionary location

    2) Check whether the windows user account launching GP has read and write access to the directory where the forms.dic and reports.dic reside.

    Cheers!

    Hilal,

When users are logged in you will not be allowed to import  custom report or form packages.  Instead try this approach.
