Hi all,
The form order did in fact work! It just didn't have an effect until the following day.
Thank you all
Hello Nett,
Bulk edit option will show the forms which are placed as per the entity form order.
Please place your form on the top which you want to use for the bulk edit.
But lets say if you have multiple form and you try to change the form order then it will also affect entity, Like when you open it Same form will be shown as default form.
In below example I have contact form placed in top position than same form will be default form when user will open the contact record.
Also Microsoft Enabled the Bulk edit option directly on the Entity view as you can see in the below screenshot I am able to edit the records after selecting the form.
if you are using the newer version then you will see the above edit option, so that you can edit the records without changing the form order.
Thank you,

Hi,
It is the form order that determines the default form for bulk edit. One thing you can check is to ensure that the form in the 1st order is available in the model driven app.
My other suggestion would be to use Excel Online instead. You can quickly add the field as a column and save the view as a personal view. Select the view and click Import from Excel > Select Excel Online. You can add the value to the column and save it. Wait until the data is imported.

Hi,
If are using using Model driven app and then you can add your form which should be visible for bulk edit to Model driven app using App designer.,
The form that is displayed on the bulk edit is the default form for that user in that entity.
So, assuming you are systems admin, then the top for in your form order for the entity will be displayed. If you want to change this, the only way I know is to change the form order.
Others may know of a clever way in JavaScript...
Hi,
Would you please explain what you mean by "change the form used for bulk edit in advanced find"?
Maybe you can provide the post to show the effect you'd like to achieve.
