I've got the error in the AP invoice journal module when I try to add offset account. This error is prompting everytime I click or add offset account.

Thanks for your post.
I have never come across this error message before. I have some suggestions to try to see if this will resolve the issue:
1. Disable any 3rd party products if any happen to be installed. Please refer to KB 872087 for the proper steps.

2. Recreate your Forms.dic & Reports.dic if they exist on your system as this could be a damaged form.

951767 How to re-create the Forms.dic file in Microsoft Dynamics GP
3. Recreate the GL Account Index Master.
a. Have all users log out of the company
b. Make a backup of the company database
c. Run the following statement
delete GL00105
d. Log into the company and Run Check Links on the Account Master under the Financial Series
