When printing quotes for prospects, the city, state and zip do not print. When I print a quote for a customer, they all print.

Prospect information is stored in the Sales Prospect Master table (SOP00200) hence the reason. The canned version of the SOP Blank Quote Form pulls the information for the addresses from the RM Customer Master (RM00101) or Customer Master Address File (RM00102) tables.
