LinkedIn lead Gen; can all submissions be found underneath "form submissions"?

In the documentation it says: "New LinkedIn leads appear as LinkedIn Form Submissions in Dynamics 365. " But does this mean that only new leads appear as form submissions? Or do all leads that came into Dynamics via LinkedIn (even the ones that already have an existing lead record) appear underneath this tab?
