Date Filed Value not Store - working after recent Dynamic Update

Hello There,

We are facing below issue in the Dynamic 365.

- We have added date in the date filed value and then save it. But after refresh the browse, we can't see the date value that we have entered in the field. It's blank.

Hi,

This is very strange. Do you happen to know if there is anything like JavaScript, custom code or business rule related to this which could cause this issue?

Can you check if this is happing only for this field for any other fields as well?

Hello Ravi,

There is no custom code neither business rule applied to this fields. It was working fine before 2 days but suddenly it went wrong.

Hi,

If it was working fine before and has stopped working without you doing any change that it could be some issue with the current update. in this case, it is best to contact Microsoft Support directly.

Once thing which I noticed in the screenshot is that for fields you are havig 2 dashes (--) where has the updated version of online are now have fill dashes (-----). So possible that you are on some old version or some mismatch. Either ways, Microsoft Support can help you with this.
