You can configure any incremental jobs (Distribution Schedule) or full sync (Channel Database/Channel Database Groups) jobs as incremental. To configure an incremental job to run in recurrence, select the appropriate job and click the "Create batch Job" button located on the top of the Distribution Schedules screen. For full syncs, you can set the recurrence on batch job screen that appears after you select the job.
