Well,
in our company with have different processes in place involving sequences of communications with external companies.
we have to follows some predefined communication paths.
Like doing 1 phone call, after 1 week we have to send an email, then a first letter and if no answer, we have to send another letter...
we have different processes like this for different behavior.
so the sequence feature from the sales insight is exactly what I want to implement.
but I'm using custom entities and not the lead and opportunity ones.
it's why I want to know if I can use or extend the sequence feature and use it against my custom entities.
I planned to create some Power Automate processes for that, but the sequence feature appear to be perfect and easy to implement.
