Warehouse Shipment Date Error Length

We are receiving this error when trying to ship out SHP04268: “The length of the string is 17, but it must be less than or equal to 10 characters. Value: 12/20/24 07:44 AM”. This is error is now showing up on all of our warehouse shipments. I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this?

This is what I have done so far, but has not worked:

Deleted the original warehouse shipment – SHP04253.
Changed the SO104086 order date from 12/20/24 to 1/6/2025 and then re-created a new warehouse shipment SHP04268.
The error still popped up.

Posted this on the other User Group forum as well:

Do you have a custom date/time field on your Posted Warehouse Shipment or Posted Sales Shipment table?

It looks like the system is trying to pass or write data to a field that has a character length defined that is too short to handle the characters being fed to it.

You know our MSP just said they pushed a new modification onto our system. I don't know why I didn't investigate that. I'll get with them right away. Thanks!
