We are researching a solution for effectively managing a supplier network. Mainly we are looking into solutions where the following tasks can be performed:
- a punch-out (shopping cart) on the vendor’s shopping site
- synchronize the product catalog (at the procurement category level, not item level)
- process the following documents electronically to/from Dynamics AX.
- Requisition -> inbound (after completing the shopping cart and the check out on vendor’s shopping site)
- Purchase Order -> outbound
- Purchase Order Acknowledgement -> inbound
- Advance Shipment Notice (ASN) -> inbound
- Receipt Info -> outbound
- Invoice -> inbound
- Payment info -> outbound
The expected solution needs to have the integration points already setup and available for major suppliers, meaning no additional cost to the suppliers.
We are already evaluating solutions like Ariba, Coupa, and Verian. We would like to know if anyone has any experience with similar solutions.
