Hi,
Am new to dynamics GP and looking to deploy/design secure setup using dynamics GP 2016. My main question is regarding a perimeter web portal. I haven't been able to find documentation if there is a simple website/webserver setup, in order to utilize the html5 web client to an internal webserver. Or does a perimeter web access setup, have to include the Dynamics Web Portal 6.0, where it looks like sharepoint have to also be installed on a perimeter server.
Any hints, and direction to documentation would be very helpful.

Can't say I completely understand your question but if you are trying to deploy the GP 2016 Web Client (HTML5) SharePoint is not required.
