The budget amount is not reflected in the Project Budget

Hello everyone

I have a problem with the Project Budget page.

Problem: User A has created a project and project budget and submitted it through a workflow for approval. After some time, user A noticed that all project budget lines are showing zero values.

User A

The interesting thing is that other users B who have similar rights can view the original project budget lines values.

Why is the app behaving this way? Please help me.

    Hello Shambhu,

    If this issue happens just to one user or some users but not other ones, I think you should check if one of following actions can help you:

    1) If you have done a change recently in roles or permissions, user with this issue could sign out and sing in to D365FFO to update these changes.

    2) Reset usage data from Settings/ User options/ Usage data to reset usage data or to delete records related to ProjBudget.
