I'm in need of creating Year to Date goals for my sales people and I'm not sure where to start.
In our CRM, I've got monthly goals for each sales person, but due to swings in business from month to month the business needs to keep an eye on year to date goals. For clarification, assume that my fiscal year starts in April and we just closed May - my year to date performance would be the sum of the actual dollars sold for April and May compared to the sum of the goal dollars for April and May.
Any help would be most appreciated. Thank you for your time!
