I can enter Dynamics but when I execute options the application stops.
' GL - Journal Transactions has stopped working'. When running in 'standard mode' I have no problems, error is generated only with customizations screens.
To virtualize we are using Microsoft Appv 5 and to access the citrix remote desktop.
Some recomendations, suggestions to identify the cause?

I suggest removing the customization from the screen and creating it over again.
