I'm quite new to the community - so this might be very simple to some!
Are there any apps within the Office 365 suite that allow users to create a 'Forum', so that we have visible customer data flowing into MD365. I understand we could use a customer facing web portal to register uses, but then would we need to develop our own forum using custom code? ..........Or would be easier to procure a non Microsoft off the shelf forum and make sure a plug in is avaialble?
Your help would be greatly received!
