Automatically track cell phone calls as activities

Are there any methods or services for automatically tracking a phone call or text from an employee's work phone and saving it as an activity?

We're using D365 CE, but we would highly prefer to not have to do these actions from within the D365 phone app. We would want it track from their normal phone/messaging apps and then search for a matching contact in D365 and create the completed activity. We have a mix of iPhone and Android users.

After a bit of searching I haven't found any options for this. Any help is appreciated!

    Marketing itself cannot achieve this function, must rely on third-party software to achieve this effect.
