One of our users is having an issue with the time entry. The Timesheet Entry Subform is not showing. He used to be able to do it but not now.

How can I re enable it for that specific user? Yes, he does have all the permissions to be able to make a Timesheet entry.

Funny thing about posting things as questions usually brings the answer.

Found the problem was with the customization of the specific page that user must have done himself.

    hi

If reinstalling the client application did not resolve the issue and the problem persists even when the user logs in from a different PC, it is possible that there is an issue with the user's profile or personalization settings in Dynamics NAV.

You can try resetting the user's personalization settings by following these steps:

In Dynamics NAV, go to the "Departments" menu and select "Administration" > "IT Administration" > "Reset Personalization Settings".

In the "Reset Personalization Settings" window, select the user's profile and click "Reset".

Ask the user to log out of Dynamics NAV and then log back in. This should reset their personalization settings to the default settings.

If resetting the user's personalization settings does not resolve the issue, you may need to investigate further to determine the cause of the problem. This could involve checking the user's permissions, reviewing any customizations or modifications that have been made to the system, or working with a Dynamics NAV consultant or support team to troubleshoot the issue.
