Use workflow on Customer Journey

Hi there

I want to create an Workflow with the following rule, when create new Customer Journey, value of "Start/End date and time" field will be update to a customize field which named as "Estimated Start/End date time". But when I try to add Update Record step in Workflow, it popped-up an error screen as below:

I have waited and tried many times but it's not worked. Is there any chance that workflow can not be used on Customer Journey entity?
