CRM 2011 on-prem instance with a 600G DB. They have over 300G in ActivityPointer Records -- 43 million are emails.

They want to delete these emails which equate to 41 million. This would take months to do so with Bulk Delete or Scribe with a continuously running process.

We are looking for Microsoft to supply a SQL query to delete these emails. We all know this is unsupported, but they have been known to do this in the past. Unfortunately, we could use an answer sooner than later.

Hi Matthew,

43 million will not take months to delete using Scribe or SDK.

Usually we can achieve 1 million record per hour so it appears to be 2 day job to delete.

Also, if you can use PFE library with proper infra then it wont even take more than 6-7hr to get this done.

As far as product support goes, you can log a ticket on support site as P1 and your request will be taken care however 43 million is not a big count. I have seen that happening for 500+ million records earlier but you can give a try.
