Hello,
For some reason in our Field Service environment the work order system status field does not work properly.
When the work order order is scheduled and when the work order is in progress in the field the work order systems status field works fine.
But when the field agent completes his job the work order system status field changes to open unscheduled. It should change to open completed.
In Field Service settings we have defined that default work order completed status is open completed.
Any ideas what might be the problem?
