Chrome rendering issue sub-grid add popup not showing

We have a user that uses Chrome with our Dynamics CRM v 8.1.1. Every time she uses the '+' button to add an activity on the contact sub-grid, the pop-up that allows for the selection of the activity type fails to render completely. Just shows half of the top line. There has to be something in her user profile causing this with Chrome. Not other user has the issue. I have logged onto her laptop as me and everything works fine. I have tested with version 8.2.5 and 9.0.2 and happens in those versions as well. It works fine in IE and Edge.

Any ideas??

Ask her to clear browsing history.

Thanks, but we have done that. She has actually been given several new laptops as well, the issue follows her.

Can you please check after assigning a new role to her as well as try some other browser.

    Hi,

Please check the version of Chrome as version 35 does not support modal dialogs.

Thanks, we are all running the latest Chrome Version 74.0.3729.169. But, she is the only one that has this trouble.
