Could you please help me with this issue? A customer asked why when the counting plan generates the cycle counting work, there is no batch number information in the products:
For this example, we filter in the counting plan this item that is configured with the batch number in their tracking dimensions:
And, just for double check, this is the onhand inventory:
I think the batch number is only visible in the warehouse app and not in the open work line, that's standard behavior of the system.
Can you try to execute the cycle count work via the warehouse app and check if you need to enter the batch number?
