Unable to create a vendor account

Hi Community!

I'm trying to create a vendor account through the instructions at this link: Create a vendor account - Supply Chain Management | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Docs. But the instructions do not match our experience in LCS, and we cannot proceed.
- For example, the first step in Create a vendor account is Go to Navigation pane > Modules > Procurement and sourcing > Vendors > All vendors.
- We see neither Modules nor Procurement and sourcing. See screen shots below.
- We also cannot see the Support tile, and therefore cannot submit a ticket. So we're kinda stuck at square one.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Kindly can you please share your feedback on the below point which will help us to narrow down the issue:

1. Do you have the access to D365 for Finance and Operations?

2. If yes, can you please let us know what roles are assigned to User? (Eg. System admin, Accounts payable manager, Purchasing agent)

Please refer to the below screenshot on how you can verify the details.

3. If you don’t have the access to D365 for Finance and Operations, Kindly may I request you to verify the License details with technical colleagues.

Hi Sanketh,

Thank you for your reply! I went through our partner panel and confirmed our licenses are D365 - Customer Engagement only. No wonder! I'll circle back when we upgrade.

Hi Jason,

LCS is not the application you have to use here. You can create a vendor account in Dynamics 365 Finance. LCS is only the portal for managing the lifecycle and base administration of the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations apps.
