    Hi Refined,

You manage to install the CRM right, just when you install the SSRS connector you couldn't find the SSRS Instance.

Do you install the CRM and SQL in same server?

And where do you install the SSRS data connector? In which server (if separated), CRM or SQL? It might cause by two things, first is you should install the SSRS Connector in the SQL Server that you have running the SSRS Services.

Then second thing, are you installing the SQL 32 bit? Some users got problem because of didn't install the 64 bit.

    Hi Refined,

As you have mentioned this is on a virtual box, I assume everything is on the same instance.

    1. When you install the SQL Server, you need to install the Reporting Service as well with your Database instance.

    2. When the Dynamics CRM 2013 installation completes, the SrsDataConnector will installation confirmation will be asked at the end. However, you may ignore it and can be installed later.

The SrsDataConnector installation setup is available in the CRM Server Setup under SrsDataConnector folder.

    3. Once you have installed the SQL Reporting Service the Report Server URL will be auto filled. If not you may try using the http://<Computername>/reportserver

For more information on installation you may refer this link

    Hi Refined,

    As mentioned before:

" first is you should install the SSRS Connector in the SQL Server that you have running the SSRS Services."

Regardless you are using separate server for CRM or not, it is mandatory to install the connector in the server that running SQL Server and SSRS Services both, check your Services and also check if your SQL Server running in 64 bit.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks.
