I'd like to know the sync schedule of items in CRM to Outlook if we're using an CRM 2015 email router instead of Server Side Sync (SSS). There's a lot of articles written about SSS but I can hardly find anything about email router. In server side sync, items sync at least once every 12 minutes or fewer, it depends how active the user mailbox is.
Is it the same for email router? How can we control the sync settings.
