Hi,

I setup a trial account to see if this will work for our business.  I signed up for a free trial via a website link.  When I first signed up it asked who I wanted to trial this with me and I entered a few other email addresses.  They still cannot login and I see a dashboard but have no admin controls although its says im and admin.  I looked in our o365 tenant and the dynamics trial licenses is there.  Any help will be appreciated

Thanks

    Hey.

Previous instructions are for Sales, Customer Service, and other CRM apps

For Finance, you should check https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/fin-ops-core/dev-itpro/deployment/deployenvironment-newinfrastructure

I see the environments now.  I just need to install the Finance portion. Why is this so complicated lol

Hi Thank you for responding.  I have the license provisioned for the user but when I login to "admin.powerplatform.com". I do not seen an environment.  How would I add one.

    Thx

    Mark

    Hey Mark.

    1. If you go to admin.microsoft.com, confirm the users have a valid license assigned to them

    2. Can you confirm you're able to see an environment when you login to "admin.powerplatform.com"?  that would be the environment URL that your colleagues should access.

    3. ON the right panel of the environment, you should see a link to "users".  Confirm that your colleagues are there.  You can follow the steps documented on learn.microsoft.com/.../add-users-to-environment to add users (and similar steps to check they're there).

    4.  When adding users, ensure that you give them a Security role (sales person, customer service representative, etc) as this is what finally gives them permission to access the data.

    Regards
