Trying to setup Business Central to Dataverse connection (and then D365 Sales).  Went to Assisted Setup - Set up a connection to Dataverse.  Upon clicking to launch we receive following error:
 
Error message: 
Your license does not allow you to set up the connection to Dataverse. To view details about your permissions, see the Effective Permissions page.
 
AL call stack: 
"CDS Connection Setup Wizard"(Page 7201).OnOpenPage(Trigger) line 8 - Base Application by Microsoft
 
Realize it's access control / credentials related we verified they have the following:
 
Dynamics 365 Business Central Premium and D365 Sales Professional licenses
Global Admin (M365), D365 Administrator, D365 Business Central Admin (we've tried combinations of them as well)
System Admin roles in Dataverse/CRM
 
Reviewed MS documents and that appears to be correct.    Suggestions on what maybe incorrect, missed or otherwise are very much welcome.
 
Haven't run into this issue before with others.
 
We'll be connection D365 for Sales once Dataverse is configured.
