MR report queue is locked

Good morning,

How do I clear the report queue?  I went to generate a report this morning and noticed a few reports someone ran yesterday were in the queue.  I cancelled them, but they are still there with the status of "cancelling" and I still can't generate a report.

    Thank you Matt.  I've asked them to do this.  We are new to Azure and I am still figuring out who does what and when.

    It sounds like the Management Reporter Process Service may need to be restarted.  This would need to be done on the server where the services were installed and is typically an admin type task so you may need to reach out to your IT.
