Model Driven App filter by contact type

I have set up Dynamics 365 for our K-12 private school. We just hired a development director to raise funds for our school. I was thinking of creating a separate model driven app for just the donors, but they would share the same database. Is there a way that only donors show up on the donor model driven app and that that donors do not show up on our K-12 app?

    Model Driven App filter by contact type
    Hi Partner,
    In fact, Model driven app just show data from dataverse, so it can remove some records of dataverse from itself.
    In the model driven app, dataverse records are shown in the view, so you can filter contact view by contact type.
    --Create one new contact view.
    --Add contact type = donors conditions to filter the new created view.
    --Only add the new created view to the separate model driven app.
