Using Dynamic 365 online and the Dynamics 365 Client for Outlook (9.0.2.426) with Outlook 2016.
We are using templates for mail merge and the Client for Outlook but at times the mail merge will only send to the first contact in the mail merge and not send to all contacts in the merge. There is no error message, every things appears to work but just fails to send the email to all contacts.
Have done a bit of web searching on this topic but haven’t been able to find any solutions.
The only thing I have come across is this older post that towards the bottom mentions ‘When selecting multiple contacts for a mail merge, only 1 mail merge record is sent’ but refers to ‘Verify the "Send Marketing Materials" settings on the contact records’ which don’t seem to exist in anymore D365 online
Has anybody had a similar issues and been able to resolve this or know if there are any diagnostic tools that may be able to identify what’s happening.
