I'm having a hard time setting up our cycle count in Great Plains. Can anyone provide easy to understand step-by-step instrucations on the process? Our IT department has been swamped so taking the matter into my own hands to try and understand how it's set up. I can't find where to adjust the percentage of counts we want for a specific 'site ID'. Thanks in advance!

I'm not aware of the %age functionality you describe.
You set the count frequency under the item quantities maintenance "Stock Count" button, after selecting an item and site.
Then under transactions create a stock count schedule, use the mass add button at the bottom to add the items to count based on the info you entered for item and site.
Press F1 on these windows for the help files that should help.
