Position of Lead list resets back to beginning

I have just had a complaint from one of our sales staff who is testing our new implementation of CRM 2013 On Premise.

They select the Lead they want to work with... add some notes, phone calls, whatever but when they press the back button... the lead list is shown as expected but at the start and not where the left from. We have over 4000 leads on our system and I can see how annoying this could be especially once you start working a few pages in.

The complaint was about the Windows Tablet version but I have tested this on a desktop using IE and it does the same.

Are we missing something ?

I would place a checkmark on the lead you want to open so it is highlighted and then click on that lead. It should send you back to where you started from after you updated the record and click the back button.

You can also click the next record within the Record the user is updating. It's located on the top right under the User name.

Thanks Damon, but placing a check next to the record, editing then going back makes no difference. It still reverts to the start of the list.
