    Hi YousefAnfees,

Juan did perfectly mention the differences here.

Dynamics 365 Human Resources is the application which will be recommended and (I think) longer supported by Microsoft. Another difference is in licensing (min 5 user requirement instead of 20) and HR is multi-tenant and a full SaaS offering where with F&O you will have an own environment per tenant. For this reason, you can use Power Apps to "customize" HR. On F&O you can create extensions using Visual Studio.

    Hello,

I had the same question and I ll point out some of the differences:

The HR module in D365F&O is a basic HRIS system, comes with basic functionality, also MS has stated that there will be no further upgrades or integrations to this module in the future.

The D365 HR on cloud version has the same basic HRIS system functionality but it is constantly being upgraded with new functionality. Any new HR functionality will be deployed in this version, including the integration with LinkedIn and benefit providers. You can also extend the functionality using power apps and the Common data service.

hopes this helps, I am sure someone else can share more details
