I have a user who relies on JAWS screen reader to interact with our CRM 2013 on-premise solution, which presents an issue for him in that the way that CRM is structured in the browser does not allow him to select a view row (he can navigate to a link on the row which allows him to open records). Without a row being selected the merge option never becomes available. Does anyone know if it's possible to invoke the merge command via a javascript call that could be added to a button on the Contact form?
