I need help to delete some purchase orders, their statuses are confirmed,canceled and they don't have any transactions. I deleted their versions from the table called "PurchTableVersion" however it didnt work.I mean delete button still is gray. (Not applicable). This way was working well in AX 2012 but apparently not working here :) I kindly ask your help and advices in order to solve this problem. If you need to know further information please ask.Thanks in advance.

Deleting PO is only possible in draft state, you need to recall/cancel the workflow to get the PO IN DRAFT state then you nay try.
However, I would not delete PO as long as they are in cancelled state.

[/quote]Thanks for answering. I forgot to tell issue about workflow, it is also not applicable I mean the button is gray so I cant recall or cancel workflow. So I cant change their states to draft unfortunately. Do you have any idea about it?
