Please ensure the field "Approved by" under "Invoice" tab is populated.
Yes, and by the way, if you specify a person on the user, the approved by field will be set automatically.
Could you tell me how to specify person to my user , i added that person to my user but cant approve ,and it was solved when i edit approve button in the entry by that person
To modify the person, go to System administration > Users, select the user and click on the Maintain versions button.
I did that , but i cant find a person with my name , so how i can add my name in the persons list , so i can link my user to my name

You can add yourself in Human resources > Workers.
Do you have a worker record created with your name? If so, you would have the option to select that record in the Person field.
