We knew nothing when we started customizing CRM Hub. We didn't know enough to create another solution. We didn't understand the implications of converting a sandbox into a regular environment.
So we converted directly, instead of exporting the solution and importing it into a new environment.
We have a production environment with a managed solution, and an empty sandbox.
Do we convert production back into a sandbox, export the solution, and then convert to production again and import the exported solution into a sandbox?
Is there a way to "unmanage" a solution?
Yes, we should have known better. But we did not.
