RichTextEditor not autogrowing with additional content

So I've got a issue with the new look/UI for CRM. I've got the description field on cases (incident entity) set to use the Rich Text Editor Control.

Rich Text Editor control set to the case description field

Problem is that when I go to see this field on the case. It's set to a really low height and additional info requires scrolling downwards.

I checked the default RTEGlobalConfiguration.json web resource file and updated the height, set autoGrow_onStartup to false etc. and nothing seems to work or change the height of this field. What's causing this issue? It never happened before on the old look.

How do I set it up so that the Rich Text Editor auto grows as content gets larger?
I have the same question (0)

    Hey User,

Please refer below article which will help you to increase size to full screen.

    Thanks Amit,

Appreciate you getting back to me so quickly. Increasing the size of the rich text editor using the expander wasn't what I really wanted. Previously the actual field would just fit to size height wise to the content in the rich text editor.

I don't want to have to press an expand button to see the full content.

Anyways I found an answer to it which is to disable the Modern Rich Text Editor control feature in the app. Honestly not ideal though because I want to be able to use the new modern rich text editor.
