When the manager makes a hiring request and activates it and does not yet have a position assigned, the manager only indicates the job in the request that he activates.
HR sees the hiring request active and recruits candidates, but in what part of the process is the position indicated so that the vacancy is created? does it have to be created before? what is good practice? What does the manager create through the actions of positions? that is created before sending the hiring request?
